Local chatter has it that a new Washington State record Walleye has been caught at the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers. Mike Hepper caught the fish - it was 19# 3oz. when the game dept finally got there for the official weigh-in. It was 19# 7oz. an hour or so before.
