I saw a fishin show where one gent killed the fish he caught to keep. Said its like deer or other game. Where by doin so the blood will not run through its body,therefore makin the meat taste better. I typically during cold weather will just use my live well. With warm water I put them in ice.
Does anyone kill them right away?
