Ever stop your truck with a broom stick? trust me Its a blast. Carp fishing is the New bass fishing. once you get into carp fishing there is a good chance you'll enjoy it. Lite line carp fishing is a blast!

Or maybe a freight train. Try it on a fly rod if you get a chance. definatly an underrated fish.

That is a 60+ lb. carp. I don't think a fly rod is the right choice! Tom

They fight like a tank, but run out of gas a lot quicker. Super fun and an underrated fish!!!  Just my 2 cents.

Carp are awesome fighters  in my opinion I can say that most people once they have cought a few intentionaly you will be hooked The smaller ones run and dart around like little torpedos and the larger ones say over 20lbs tend to just swim around like hey arent even hooked they just kind of go where they want and your just along for the ride lol

If I could figure out how I will post a pic of my largest carp to date that I got last week at a lake FULL of MIRROR CARP mine was a 28lb 10oz Blackfoot Mirror that was photographed and released for somebody else to enjoy.
