Spent a week there with some friends fished atleast part of every day. We caught 64 carp with the smallest being about 3# and the largest being 18.4#. We used soaked feild corn for bait and sweet corn for hook bait on both plain hooks and hair rigs. The hair rigs caught the biggest. most went 8# and larger. The bad part for carp fishings is the company that owns the lake is draining it in about three weeks and the Game and Parks is going to kill it off. Restocking will be rainbow trout and yellow perch. The carp will come back eventually but it will be several years.
