Hi All--This is for fly tiers mainly but all hooks are inclusive. Have you ever heard of or used "Sabrehooks". They are supposedly a top of the line hook made in Japan! They have a comparison chart with TMC, Dai ichi, mustad, Dai riki and others. I mainly use the above listed with the exception of mustad (I use them on occasion) I am curious as I would like to order some but would like imput on them first! Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!---Bill J.

I've heard of them, but never used them but It's safe to say you can't go wrong with Lazer Sharp(they're made by Eagle Claw, so of course they're good).

Check all TAKLE made in China!!!I purchased abunch of eagle claw hooks along with 4`` and 6`` leaders. While making poppers one of the small hooks bent in my fingers ( they wernt tempered right)The rest seemed fine. The 4`` leadres were not crimped at all(so I made super spinners)6`` ones were not crimped either(made a cool salamander treble butt and gut with a steel 3`` leader)
So there mess up was my benifit. But check there stuff before you lose a big one.
