Forming "Ottenburgh's Ramp Fishing Club" with various camping options.

Private trailer accessable boat launch shown as Ottenburgh's Ramp on nautical map.
Waterfront Property has great additional potential beyond serving fishing club as non-profit effort for membership, with goals of future camping for profit basis say in a few years.

Some work still in progress, bathrooms, improvements to waterfront area.
Due to my own troubles with Route 302 flooding in central Vermont, I am unable to give this effort the time it deserves.

I would love to meet someone, or a group that could take the rod, so to speak.

Possible future housing options also available on the property.
