Hi. I'm new to the boards but have been a life member since the early 90's (92 I think). Long enough that i remember I had to pay 500$ and my free gift was a pewter (I think) ring, a belt buckle, a rain suit, triangle shaped life patches (I have 3) and my membership card all of which I still have except for the card. I don't want anyone to think I'm complaining but I kinda wish I would have waited longer so i could have gotten the pole, patches, & rebates. You know the more I think about it I think I paid 250. I think it was a 1/2 price special.
