I love the stuff. I have ordered it in bulk and let me tell you it last for a very long time, is a very smooth coating once you get used to coating with it and the color is unbeatable.

I am looking to get some of the glow in the dark soon to try it for night fishing with spinners and jigs for steelhead.

Hello D.B and welcome to the NAFC.
I have been using the Pro Tec powder coat for years now.
The Pro Tec powder coat will give you a glossy finish and it holds up pretty good for a one step application. If you make a lot of Jigs,I would recomend you give it a try.

    Hey y'all,
Hand paint or stick on, and the latter doesn't last long.

You can't do the eyes Pete. You heat the jighead with a lighter for a while and then dip it in the powder. If the finish isnt smooth right off just give it a little touch with the lighter again and it'll smooth right up

Ok, then you hand paint with regular jig paint for the eyes? Or ya can't have eyes at all?
