Here's a thought,
For all that carry a cell phone.
I recommend putting in an I.C.E. phone number
in the event of an emergency and you are not able to respond to questions, E.M.T.s can and will look on your cell phone directory and try to find a number to call.
(In Case of Emergency) number speeds up the process E.M.T.s know to look for these.
