Welcome to all our new BB members Smiler<!--graemlin::)-->

And hi also to the rest of you Fisher-People Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->

There's a great number of people on the BB here that are willing to share info and give advice to those in need...but I would bet that a FEW of them get weary of seeing the same question posted on a weekly basis...

So the FIRST thing you should consider trying is to see if we have covered your specific question recently...AND be willing to do a bit of reading in the process.

Try doing a "Search" here on the BB...:

First, click on the "Find" tab, and a small drop down window will appear as seen in the pic below Cool<!--graemlin::cool:-->

Then you type in a "Keyword" into the white part (let's say "birdsnest" as an example), the click on "GO"

You will then get a "Results" page of your search with links to posts where your "Keyword" was used Cool<!--graemlin::cool:-->

Simply click on each underlined HEADLINE link to read the post info.

You will usually ALSO then be in a Topic thread where OTHER posts were made about that topic but the Keyword wasn't necessarily used Wink<!--graemlin:;)-->

If you've done your search and still didn't find an answer, then try questions in things like ouchitabassangler's NEW Topic...
"Problems Finding / Catching Bass?...Ask Here"

We've already covered a couple of BASIC things in there, and will be covering and answering a whole lot more in the near future, including those questions that you didn't find any info on during your search.

Or if you are in STRANGE waters, try Tips for Fishing a Strange Lake

    One MORE bit of advice...

When you ask a question, PLEASE...give us as MANY specifics about the situation as possible. The more YOU tell us, the BETTER chance we have of answering your question with info that will help you.

Remember...there's NO magic bait...NO magic presentation...NO other magic info that will let you catch fish 100% of the time

But if you give us specifics, that gives the experienced people here a chance to dig into their YEARS of knowledge for those little tidbits that could help you keep from getting skunked again.

And FINALLY...once you've tried the info...COME BACK and let us know how you did...we like SUCCESS stories Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->

    Good luck!

A good portion of the above is now out of date since the management changed software here back in Nov 2007.

I will try to start an Update to this stuff...and those of you that have related info to share....please do!
