i know the feeling, i remember when i had the lake in my old neighborhood in va, i would go fishin no matter how cold it was, so i guess i kinda went ice fishing once, the lake was frozen over with like and inch of ice so i sawed through it with a knife and started crappie fishing, i didnt catch nething.

One of those had an extremely nice lateral line! If you released him, and it has time, it will grow up to become a huge fish with that healthy lateral line! That is their main source in feeding, so that one'll have no problem finding the food!!! LoL!
