my dad took me out today for the first time in 07! what a great first day too!!! we caught 11 fish total. my dad actualy outfished me this time! i caught 5 and he caught 6. i only took a pic of 5 of his fish tho. welll here are the pics:

My first fish of the year (caught on clouser):

    my second fish (clouser shown):

    my third fish:

a nice sized suprise yellow perch (i didnt know that they were in taht lake):

    another picture of it:

the biggest fish caught (around 14 inches. i caught it on a Johnsons silver minnow spoon in gold color):

    another pic:

    my dads 9" crappie:

    10.5" crappie:

    another crappie of his:

    his last crappie:

a really retarded pic of him holding a 9 or 10" bass (he was talking and blinking):
    MG]

and about bass i caught on the spoon...well i cast that thing out like 70 feet. abotu 5 feet in on the retrieve the bass slams it. he runs about five feet and junps, but when he jumped the line got caught on a stump (visible in the lower right hand corner of the first pic of it). well it wasnt budging so the fish was stuck to the side of the stump slapping its tail! we had to drive the boat over there to free it and land the fish!!!! funny.

"the clouser was so heavy that i could cast it with my spinning rod.The clouser was to heavy to cast on my fly rod as it snapped back, then snapped forward"

yeah santosh! thems clouser minners are plenty heavy enough to cast on a ultralight spining rod, and too heavy to cast on the fly rod.

Not really Dave, I've fished clousers in the salt. They're were actually designed as a salt fly...
