As I promised I have started catching sockeye that are turning colors now and am posting photos as they change. By end of July and Aug they will be brick red with green heads. All Pacific salmon start out mint silver and change as they go to fresh water to spawn.



I also fished with a returning military hero from Iraq and NAFC member "Chinook"



His sockeye was a little more silver!! Fish ON!
