Seems like a very relaxing and nice place. I do a lot of camping and am always looking for an easy to get to place with lean-to's and good fire pits access to water front property is also a selling point for me. Wish i could be of some help to you. If you ever want to offer some guided kayak fishing to your guests let me know.
