Just joined from northern Illinois, Dekalb to be exact. I've been fishing since I was a kid, now I'm 44, don't have a boat, and am unable to drive due to medications. Makes it kinda hard to fish, but I do what I can. Become a darn good shore fisherman though! I fish the south branch of the Kishwaukee River, as well as several ponds in the area. I go after northerns in the river as well as smallmouth. There are a lot of panfish and bass in the ponds to fish for as well.
