If the meals are going to be at the resort I don't think we need to have everyone run and get food everyday.. every cottage has a refrig.. and I believe there is also a freeze at the office thats available to use, It's been mentioned to me at check in for the past 4 years that there was one available to the guest to put their fish etc in until we leave?

You might want to check with John on that and see if we can use it to store the food stuff for the meals???

This would not let the places of business get overrun with inquiries.

Someone should try to keep all of these ideas filed somewhere, and get them organized as they come in. There are a lot of different ways to go on this, but we all shouldn't be running off on our own rabbit trails.

With regards to the menu, from the feed back I have been getting there is not a lot of people mentioning CHANGES! They all seem happy with what we have been doing and do not want any changes at this point. Again, we have time on this.
