Does the entire fee need to be paid up front or will a deposit hold the site? How much would the deposit be? Is there power to the sites?

I am leaving for Hawaii tomorrow (June 7) for 8 days so I will not see the response until June 15th or 16th when I return. Got to go there for work. <!--graemlin::cool:-->
I won't tell you that there will be only 4 days work and 4 days play, 8 days pay, all at company expense. <!--graemlin::D-->
