Thanks for pointing those out Jerry...I made a Word document (11 x 17) of that map and emailed to everyone...but I had yet to print it here and see those.

 

If there are any of you out there that would like a set of maps etc...what I emailed to all the attendees, PM me with your email addy and I'll get them emailed to you. They would come in 2 Zip folders.

Howdy Do One and all. I'm getting very anxious more and more as the time comes for our meet. One question for all of you that this may effect. How about us forming a Caravan for our trip up with meet places along the way. I don't know how "The Boyz" are going; but maybe you can meet Muskiegirl and I here in Milwaukee on the way. I believe the next leg will be to Madison and then north from there. I'd feel much better driving along with a group just in case of emmergency. How about some help here and get something organized? I was thinking about the caravan idea as well - but I think that it would just you/Deb and me as the "Boyz" are going up a day early (rumor has it).

That sounds like a great plan to me Cheri...Let me know when, where, and how to make our meet prior to the trip up. Email me with details as they come up. We are in procvess of getting things together for a comfortable stay. I'm also thinking of bringing my canoe cartop. Should be easy to launch and keep right on my campsite. Hey MG -  aka camp site mate

Tom & I will be coming to the Chip on Wednesday. We cut a day off of our Labor Day trip so we could add it to this one. As I mentioned to Cali Dave we will be leaving home around 1:00 pm and should arrive to the campground around 4:30 or 5:00 pm.....Tom has half of his stuff packed already! We've never fished the Chip before so I think he's a little excited.

Hey, hey, hey...My how time flies when yer old and decrepid!!! Rather than leaving here on wednsday afternoon, Debbie and I will be leaving early on thursday morning before light. Dave...do you know if we'll have electric on my campsite?  Got some things that need power as long as the plug isn"t too far off. Also; are the restrooms ect. close by? I couldn't see them on the map. Cheri...As said in the past before; we're looking forward to finally meeting you in person. Not to forget my favorite Chum's, "The Boyz"...it's been far too long since our lastget togethers and need to make it more often now.  Just don't include me in any "Ice Fishing" unless there's a heated shelter. I see the light, or is that; no light...on my site?  I don't think the neighbors will mind if I cut through their site to get to the John, which is only a short walk. Is anyone going to brave the water for a swim???burrrrr! I've seen the weather report for Rienlander has already had frost one night this past week. Howdy Lipper,

It's good to see you're still kicking around.  The account of  your Alaska trip conviced me that I should go too.  I'll be riding a bike from Kansas to Anchorage in about 22 months.  Mindy and the kids will fly out of Wichita to join me in Alaska when I'm about a day out so they can share in an adventure.  Of course I'll be packin' rods and and an extra fuel tank for the ride through Canada

Well howde JCT good to see you again an dya'll will love Alaska and with all there is to see on the way up be sure to keep your eyes on the road . HA HA and take lots of pictures. Eye'm doing just fine for an ol fart with a birthday comeing up on monday. My knee is better than it was no pain and I can live with that. You take care and watch out for the wild life when you get up there .

Ok just got off the phone with joda and he said to tell all oyu boggers hi. Oh and MG he is going to be smoking up some of his salmon that papa raved so much about to bring along.

dave leave your ax at home we don't want you chopping up wood at 1:00 O'Clock in the morning keeping everyone awake. Us boyzz wouldn't do that. canepole who was that who came by your tent at La Crosse after midnight after being out catfishing just to check on ya'll to make sure you were sleeping OK.

OH and a couple of joda's friends from BPS who has fished the Cip for over 14 years might be coneing up for a couple of days too. joda is going to call the camp and see what can be worked out for them to pitch a tent for a couple of days.
