After getting direction from Frank and Pete back to the camp, Celeste and I
returned without a problem. When we got out of the car, Celeste asked if she
could go up and see Ed. I told her that I'd drive her up there but that we were
coming back down for lunch in a few minutes. Gracie met us on the porch and
Ed burped at Celeste, and she returned the challenge... or maybe it was the
other way around, who knows!

We told him about our fishing excursion and he was glad to hear that she caught a few fish.
I told him that we were heading back down to camp to see if the boys returned
with the pie and to let them know that I made it back. They probably figured I
got lost. Ed said, "wanna order pizza and wings? They deliver!" I said "heck
yeah!" As I was getting ready to run down the hill, David called and Celeste
talked to him a little while. When I got on the phone, he said that she said she
was having fun and that she was hanging out and making friends with grown ups!
LOL... I told Ed... "Hey Ed, Celeste called you a grown up!"
I don't care who you are, that's funny right there!
So I went down to camp, and Frank was just starting to cook onions up for
their venison sandwiches. Pete was writing in his journal. They too decided that
pizza and wings sounded good, so Frank put the onions in the fridge and they
came back up with one grape pie in tow!
Right after they pulled in, so did the pizza delivery girl!
She had a sheet pizza and 4 dozen wings! Let me tell you, we put a huge
dent
in that pizza and those wings..yes we did.

Then.... we broke out with the grape pie!
mmmmm...mmmmm...good!

There was one sliver left and no one would eat it. Everyone said that they were full.
Ed made some coffee and that piece of pie sat on the table. After seeing this picture,
it's a wonder it survived long enough for Carol to get to eat it later that evening!
As you can see, Pete is smacking is lips eyeballing it... but, so is Frank!

While we had coffee, Celeste watched some tv.
I thought she was going to fall asleep.

Then it started to rain, so she went out to our car and sang to a karaoke DVD she brought.
Probably either High School Musical or Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana.

When the rain let up, Celeste and I headed back down to camp to chill out.
Celeste had to go to the bathroom, so we went to the campground's bathroom.
Bad idea. I took my fly swatter to kill spiders. There were more spiders in this
bathroom than should be legal! We went in, fly swatter in hand, and I started
killing and knocking down webs. Celeste was clung to me. All of the sudden,
she let out a blood curdling scream. She started screaming that one was
climbing up my leg and how she could not do this.. WAHHHHHH!!!!!
So we left the bathroom with her in tears.
Back at camp, the others heard this. Ed was there too. Ed met us with his car
asking if we wanted to go on the boat. the Lake had calmed down some and it
was promising. Celeste was a wreck and really had to go. I had told her we
could go to the bathrooms at the marina. Ed took us there, and Celeste was
very happy! Ed became the hero of the hour,
and then Celeste was ready for her first trolling experience!
to be continued.....
