I landed (and killed a few) when I lived in south florida. They're actually and amazingly fun fish to catch. As soon as you hook them they start running line and they are a very tough fish to land due to their agressiveness and strength. I had a fish that was around 3-4 lb's break 30 lb braid while trying to land him. The best way to catch them is cast a predator looking bait around their fry constantly and you'll catch both the male and the female. I believe they both stay around and protect their fry. Pretty strange fish all around.
