Thanks for sharing you recipe , would you believe I've never tried a baking recipe for pan fish I usually just dip them in grease LOL definately will give your recipe a try

Fish Tacos

 

What you need:

Tortilla Shells (corn or flour)

Batter-fried fish (any kind)

Ranch Dressing

Shredded Cheese

Salsa

Shredded Cabbage

 

Basically, fill your tortilla with all of the above incredients, roll it up and enjoy!!

Al’s FAMOUS FISH TACOS Fish – Preferably white meat boneless fillets cut in to 1”x 6” strips (2-3) Boxes of Beer batter mix or Tempura batter Mix (1) can of beer to (1) box of batter – add your favorite spices in, (garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika etc.) Mix & chill Peanut oil or vegetable oil for the deep fryer Dip fish in batter, shake off excess, fry until golden brown, remove and place on paper towel, salt immediately. Corn tortillas Pam for the tortillas – Spray skillet with Pam, put in tortilla, spray tortilla cook until skillet until done semi-soft turning occasionally. Pace Mild Salsa (For Tacos and as a side) Franks “Red Hot” cayenne pepper sauce (For those who like to spice up their taco) White onions - diced Green onions – diced Tomatoes - diced Cabbage - chopped Cilantro - chopped Sharp cheddar cheese – shredded Lemon & lime wedges Al’s White Sauce - Lemon Yogurt Garlic Sauce (2) 6oz containers of plain yogurt Juice from 1 lemon (1) Teaspoon of jarred crushed garlic (1) Small peeled & pureed cucumber Mix, containerize and chill – (Serve as your white sauce) Rosarita’s Brand refried beans – (Serve warm as a side) Tortilla chips – (Serve as a side) Corona Beer for the batter and to drink (Do it on paper plates. – Simplifies cleanup.) 1 CUP ROOM TEMP MILK
1/2 CUP FLOOR
1/2 CUP INSTANT MASH POTATOS
Mix all together let set untill it starts to get kind of thick, then dip fillets in mixture and deep fry at 400 degrees in peanut oil untill golden brown.
