I work nights. So, I sleep till 'bout noon-thirty. Then I'm either on the 'puter, working on a rod, pickin' on the wife (she loves it), or just sittin' back watching some TV. Like watching Green Bay whoop on The Seahawks!! Chris NAFC Life Member USN Veteran Member of American Legion Post #1683 |

On days I was planning to fish, but weather, water conditions, etc make it bad choice, I will usually sit down at the ting table and ie up some jigs or flies. What do you do to pass the time when you should be fihing? JustDave

This time of year I work alot. So when I'm not working, I'm eating, sleeping, on the computer or watching tv. That takes up 99% of my time. Lifemember and Bushwacker SMF |

Between Work and Fishin I don't have much downtime... OK, I lied...during the cold months I study new fishing techniques and areas on the internet. Jim

Favre is looking as good as he has in a five years. If GB beats the Giants, my son is going to the SuperBowl. Lucky stiff. Thanks for the responses. JustDave

I think it was a week ago yesterday they got knocked out of the playoffs. They started the season out bad but made a heck of a comeback. I think they'll be real good next season. Jim

Christmas Eve was when they lost all hope to make it in the play offs. I don't know about a comeback though.....they ended the year 8 and 8 losing the last two of their games and ranked 16th in the league. Don't tell me your a Viqueens fan Just Dave?

If I remember right, I think they lost a bunch of their first games, and then won like 5 straight. To do that and end up 500, ya, I'd say they made a good comeback. I was fairly proud of em. Where does the pack play this weekend? I hope they don't play with them GIANTS in giant land. Jim

Although my ancestors were Vikings, I am NOT a Viking fan. If I were to consider myself a fan of any team, it would likely be the Seahawks. But I fish most Sundays during the fall and winter months these days. I catch bits and peices of games now and then. Some of our best Steelhead days come on Super Bowl Sunday when no one is on the rivers in the pm. I will make an exception this year if Brett and the Chedder make it in. My son will be going to the game. On second thought, screw that, I'm fishing. JustDave
