welp i'll make a few BBQ post, to keep it on trak...4give me alittle.... 
this was my favorite hotdog cooker , till i search BBQ on photobucket....LOL ..don't look...

I copied and pasted and it was there. A half hour later it was gone. That's all I can tell ya. I give up. Sometimes this site really sucks. Other times it works great. At least it's not so slow anymore. Not the kind you'll find at BPS Pillman. Be Fishers of People.

When I buy my arracheras - I buy them at a mexican groc store and they trim and tenderize the meat right there in the meat department. Then when I get it home it is sliced into 2 inch stripes and soaked in beer, lime juice, and spices until the next day when they go on a hot grill and into a tortilla with some mexican cheese, home made pico de gallo, homemade guacamole, and some refried beans.....yummmmmmmmmy
