Got a call today from the club from a very nice lady who which wanted to address any problems i was having, i explained how i felt about the membership price and about my member status, she told me she understood how i felt and would look into right away and get it all straightened out for me, she gave me here name and number and said she would be in contact with me soon with a answer. Not 10 minutes go by and she calls me back, saying they will honour the past 3 years i,ve been a member and as well as give me the price of $285 minus previous dues, finally it's done with, i'm offically a life member!!! Let me just say that none of this could have been possible with out the Help from Skycop and davesette who sent countless e-mails to club in regards to the situation, thanks a million guyz and i really mean that whole heartedly, chalk another one up for the club members!!!Through thick and thin the members as a familly get the real job done!!!!My faith in the club has been restored,( by this i mean corperate) there is a few good people in the head office there just hard to find!! TIGHTLINES!! Don't let your kid be the one that got away!!!!! |

Sometimes it seems that the powers that be, in Minnetonka, are just out of touch with what is happening amongst the paid membership until someone takes extraordinary measures. Hence, the encouragement for them to attend one or more of the members meets and actually talk with some of us over food and fishing. I'm sure that someone, or even a group effort at any one of the meets would come up with a way to cover food, lodging and fishing for any one of the club management. Customer satisfaction is very profitable. I'm glad to see that your problem was finally worked out Walleyemen. Welcome aboard the lifers boat. Be Fishers of People.
