 Either way it sucks . we pay for it one way or the other
if no bail out higher interest rates banks fold not as much money to loan
if bail out  higher interest rates tighter stipulations on loans  and we get to pay the gove back in taxes
so as you can see will it make a big difference  probably not . they are hopping that it will losen up the borrowing  of money  the real quistion is how much equity is in some of the property they  hold .
forclusers are  a big thing  right now . but if you can asume the morgage on a forclosed house
you can pick it up for cheap  you just got to go through the papper work .get the title and evect some one  banks sell mortgages all the time .

will it boost the economy  probably not .  and then on another hand a loan is an investment
if i lose money  will the government  pay me probably not  if i lose i lose .  isnt there some kind of risk factor involved in the first place . 

prices have ben high for along time  granted it is a bad time to be selling  but its also a good time to
buy cheap  if you have the money .  probly why some of the banks are buying out smaller banks

just my thoughts on the whole thing .

I know it is going to cost us one way are another . But I wonder how much.

I do not think the big CEOs should get a dime out of it. Because they are the ones that made this mess. But I bet they will be the frist ones to get the money
