Will be in Salvo on Hatteras island the week of May 17th thru the 24th. Looking to trade for an offshore trip in exchange for a Walleye Steelhead trip on Lake Erie.  Erie trip would be aboard a 25' Baha Cruiser using planer mast and boards and downriggers. OBX vessel would have to fish 4 people. We will pay for all Fuel, bait, food and beverage.  Also looking for info on a reputable Charter near Salvo in case the trade a trip does not work out. In the Salvo area, you would probably look at the Oregon Inlet fishing fleet.  Haven't personally chartered out of there, but know a few that have and have not heard a bad report about any of the boats.
