The outdoors canada fishing magazine has printed a caption stating that peta is taking a stance against fathers who fish. The article shows a crazed man ripping a fish apart. the article states Quote " More marketing lunacy from people for the ethical treatment of animals.
In a scheme to turn children against their fishing fathers. PETA has published a comic book style pamphlet entitled Your Daddy Kills Animals! The anti piscatorial propaganda portrays dads who fish - even those who practise catch and release - as murderers. The two page booklet even goes so far as to warn children to keep their "doggies and kitties" away from mean old dad. Observes PETA " He's so hooked on killing defenseless animals that they could be next!"
