I'd like to say we'll leave a light on fer ya Kinger but we gotta save our pennies for minnows instead of using it to pay the hydro bill for leaving a light on Razzer<!--graemlin::p--> Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->. We will. of course, still send smoke signals every weekend though Wink<!--graemlin:;)-->.

Get that suit Warrier 'cause as soon as the snow flies, we'll be looking for fishing Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->. Matter of fact I upgraded from the old Yamaha to a '91 Arctic Cat today. I'ts got more wheels than Brett's machine - this one is a 530 liguid cooled, so the rpm's oughta be screaming even louder Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->. Keep us posted when Wackenbush Lodge has enough ice Wink<!--graemlin:;)-->.

Will do. I may even bring da little beast into town occasionally to try other water of the hard variety, so keep me in mind.

Shall do and that's great to hear. We usually do Whitefish Lake to start (mid-December) - (close in case something goes wrong first time out) and then Lac after Christmas. We should do Wackenbush Lodge more than once regardless of the fishing just to get out. Isn't there another lake within a sled ride that we could try out that way also? Lord knows there plenty of trails for the Young Bushwackers to ride Roll Eyes<!--graemlin::rolleyes:--> Big Grin<!--graemlin::D-->

I wanted to try a run to Jacob lake at least once, and also Kamakau lake in late Feb. for lakers. (If I can find the way in)
I have it mapped out on the GPS and I think I can get into it.

Ahhhh, Jacobs Lake was the one I was thinking of. We'll do that one for sure. I've never heard of Kamakau Lake, but if you got it on GPS, we'll fish it!

Kamakau is a small lake that flows into Weikwabenawaw, just down the road. It's supposed to have good lakers thru the ice.
Rob and a few others go into it every winter, so I kow it's do-able.

Well it looks like there is no team. There hasn't been a post in along time. At one time this was a popular thread. I always like to hear from the neighbors to the north.
