A uranium mining company has begun preperations for uranium mining in the areas along the west side of Crotch lake and along the Mississippi River in Ontario. Say good by to Crotch lake, Millers lake, Stump Lake, Dalhouse Lake, and all lakes downstream of the Mississippi in Ontario. Say good bye to unpolluted water wells. Say good bye to safe fishing on the mississippi river in Ontario and the lakes it flows through. A group of local residents and First Nations is trying to stop the destruction.
