I know It has been harped on many times before....
There is nothing worse than spending a day fishing and spending most of the time looking at visitors droppings. Garbage is becoming a real problem. Believe it or not they may be visitors but in essence it is their lake too. Having said that, there is the issue of responsibilty. Pop cans, worm containers, cigarette butts floating around can ruin a good day not to mention a good lake. As devoted fishermen/women I guess we must make others aware of the problem when the opportunity arises. This does not mean we have to be confrontational. A simple reminder is sometimes all that is needed to shame the offenders into keeping a garbage bag on board and dispose of the crap properly. Maybe a push for cheap grocery style bags being available at boat launches............
    Anyone have any ideas?
I have just become tired of casting into a floating styrofoam worm container or somthing similar. Or worse, finding a remote shoreline littered with plastic bait packaging, beer bottles or other non-biodegradable items.
Please lets all step up to the plate on this one.
There I have said my piece and I shall try to keep my cake-hole shut.....lol
