    I recent bought a 73 Hustler bass boat from Bossier city LA. and it has a Johnson 50hp on it. I'm looking for a service manual for the Johnson  as I have to rewire the boat and motor. I believe the motor is a 73 also. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

    go to   iboats.com ,   It's free to register, and that is where I get 95% of my boat/motor repair info.  Maybe someone could help with that manual.

    I found a manuel for my  '66 Evinrude 80 hp on e-bay . Why don't you check there .     Happy fishing.

    Vintage Outboard and Marine Supply maintains a stock of hard to find and obsolete parts and rebuild kits. I got a fuel pump rebuild kit and water pump impeller from them .
