For really skinny water, you can't beat a tunnel hull and a jet outboard. You are on your own as far as brands. Tom

Hey y'all, You didn't state your price range and without that the sky is the limit. I live in Fl. , the land of skinny water boats , there are some down here capable of drafting 8" of water. There is a company called Hells Bay that make a superb skinny water boat but you are looking at 30-48 k new and they don't lose their value On the lower end of the scale there are Key West boats or Carolina Skiffs.

You forgot about the Florida special really skinny water boat- a big jon boat with a VW bug motor and airplane propeller! I swear those things will move on wet grass. Tom

There are many makers of skinny water rigs. Some that come to mind are All-Weld,Legend,RiverPro,Alumacraft(of which I have an MV1756RR w/80hp Jet) just to name a few.Price ranged from under $10k to over $30k, equiped to taste.Check out the different manufacturers to find something that suits you.I would google Jet Boats.

I like LUND brand, Chrysler owend them in 60's til they sold. Tough rivets U won't find on some other boats. Hope this helps. In 60's I had thier 12' deep V and that would float in less than a foot of water.

A boat I would love (but can't afford) is an Allweld with a nice jet motor. My brother-in-law has one and his will run in about 3 inches of water.
Warning: In the event of the "Rapture" my boat will be Un-manned.
