my old old electric knife is shooting craps ( ive had it 25 years and the guy i got it from had it for several yaears before he gave it to me and he had bought it used at a garage sale, so i think its had a goo d run ) i was wondering about the mister twister electric filet knife.  if not this one what would you reccommend. price is a factor. thanks for the info

I use the Rapala model.  It works great and I have had it since 2005.  I have friends that have used the "mister twister" and were not satisfied.  Of course they do a large volume of fish at a time, which burnt it out.
