    I hope some could help, My little brother's father inlaw

    Is selling a couple of his rifles i'm thinking about purchasing them , but i don't how much to offer.

    And i don't want to us both to get taken also.

    Is their anyone here can help ?????

    Both are Remingtons, #1 mod 760 270 cal pump 7 shot, 

    maybe from 1952 - 1982 ?

    #2  5135 Matchmaster  .22 lr bolt 7 shot, maybe from 1941- 1956 ?

    chopstyx:  Go to any gun store and ask them to use their Shooters Bible or Gun buyers guide.  this can give you a good ballpark figure to work from.  My issue is old or I would quote the prices for you.    Good luck and good fishing   Dan

    The Rem is actually a 7600, pump with a 4 shot clip. The 2003 book I have lists it at $588. Can't find any info on the other rifle.
