Possibly want to do a fly-in trip in Alaska in late summer, 2006.. Am primarily interested in catch and release northern pike (along with the other magnificent species Alaska is noted for !!). If anyone could please give me a hint as to the best locations in which northern pike can be found ?? Have searched the web extensively and info is spotty at best. From what I've been able to gather, it seems as though once one gets so far North that the pike seem to "disappear". Any and all help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
