I went to Pinetop last monday, drove up in shorts and T-shirt. It got cold on Tuesday and stayed cold, it was 25 degrees when I left on Saturday morning. Snow is melting, rivers and streams are ripping and fish are being stocked-saw some of that. Fishing was good at Woodland Lake (Pinetop) when the wind wasn't blowing too bad. I didn't manage any bites at Big or Little Bear or Horseshoe Cienega. Lots of snow yet but I bet it is almost time for the "spring" bite to begin.
