Hey everyone! I'm a NAFC Life member and I live in north central Arkansas in Mountain Home on the Norfolk Lake and White River. I at the moment fish the river by boat with friends for trout of all kinds. Possibly some of the best trout fishing waters in Arkansas.
I am single, male and recently moved to Mountain Home from NC in Dec '06 but have been life member since 05/25/93.
Will be going fishing on the White River this Saturday weather providing and may have a report on how I/we did!
I have always loved to fish. When I was growing up in NE Ohio on Lake Erie and the Conneaut Creek. I was always there after my home work and chores were done.
And I still love to fish to this day and also love this NAFC Fishing Club.
Great to be here and in North Central AR in Baxter Co.
Have a great day and Great Fishing to all!!

Hey Guys & Gals,

I am a Life Member in Camden...I am new to Ark, having spent most of

my life in Tex. I have 18.5' War Eagle and only a couple of local cousins

to share it with and then only on the weekends, they work, I am on long

term disability....I am a lazy fisherman...mostly out to enjoy Mother Nature.

So if any of yall need a fishin buddy drop me an email thru here and I will

get back to you...

Hi!  Brooke Ahart, first time fishing.  My husband doesn't fish and no one in my family was much for the outdoors growing up.  I on the otherhand love the outdoors and camping.  I like finding backroads down to the Saline River and swimming with my Weimaraners.  Don't know squat about fishing  but would love to hook up with someone near Bryant that could give me some pointers.  I would love to come home with dinner one night!  Help .

Paul Williams originally from McGehee, AR but now live in Fayetteville, AR.  I have been fishing since I could walk.  I will fish for anything that is biting but my passion is for those "Big Mouth Bass"!!   It has taken me a while to get the a hold of this clear deep water fishing but I am starting to get the hang of it, but I sure do miss the fishing in SE Arkansas.

Injun Tom has been a "life Member" & "Trophy life N.A.H.C."  for many years now,was previously just regular member 8 yrs ago. I live in Newblaine,AR-Logan county-fish for most everything. Mostly fish Ar. river-as I live 3 miles from Shoal Bay launch ramp & it is the best fishery in the state for almost every species offered for our area-which is a lot.  Also do some trout fishing when $$ allows. Also fish private ponds & strip pits locally. I fish for all species of fish here-plus when I get very rare opportunity-fish saltwater fish as well.  I am 61, with 13 g/kids, 3 g/g-kids. Grew up hunting/fishing in Okla. mostly self taught on both. U.S.M.C. "Series Honor Man out of Pendelton-boot camp. Viet Nam era. Own Bass Tracker-Pro Team 190 TX 2006 w/90merc tilt/trim,bimini top-locater works when it wants to. I catch my own bait most times, shad/skipjack/perch/crawdads/minnows. I have been fortunate to have been able to teach my 6 kids to hunt/fish,now working on the 13 grand kids, soon the 3 Great g/kids. My wife enjoys the fishing & camping, plus the photography that we share together. My favorite species to fish for is Crappie,Stripers,Sandbass & Catfish-pretty much in that order. Born in Texas, raised in Okla, living last 20 years in AR. No plans to move. Any one that would like to share their boat on any other areas with me, I would be glad to reciprocate with same. I have a motor home that I can stay in if have to in, if you don't  have any extra room to put me up in. Love life, liberty and the pursuit of happines. Any one interested in a fishing partner?  Have done the "Tourn-Bass fishing thing" so not really interested in that scene again. I'am a laid back, prepaired for most anything, McGuiver kind of guy. Hope to hear from y'all-Injun Tom

Hello group. I've been a canoe person my whole life. I live near Russellville and I enjoy fishing the Illinois Bayou and the Big Piney Creek. Many times I have gone up stream and fished along the way and the way back. When the water is low it is easy to drag the canoe up the rocky areas. There are many long pools that are loaded with fish and not many people fish those areas. It is also a scenic adventure every time I go. The other nice thing is the water is very clean. If anyone thinks they would like to go with me sometime send me an e-mail, I'll put it at my profile page. I'm also a member of the Arkansas Canoe Club. Drop me a line....Phil

Hi from Diamond City

My name is Roger. Fishing is great here on Bull Shoals. We moved here about a year ago and love to fish as much as we can. We fish mostly for bass and the smallmouth are wonderful here. We also catch a lot of nice Walleye. Come and check out Bull Shoals and Diamond City. Just follow highway 7 North until you run into the lake.

Looks like all the Arkansas fishermen just dried up and blew awy. I understand in this 105+ temp. But, No comments in 5 years? I'm personally too old to get on lake in this heat. Only fish Beaver Lake, in NW Ark. Used to fish Bull Shoals, in Tyson tournament each year, but retired. Now just settle for some crappie, and catfish, when I can, in spring and fall. Nothing important to say, just trying to get a note on this page.
