Gary P. and myself went to the kern river thursday for some fly fishing. it was both of our first time ever flyfishing and man we had a blast. we stopped in kernville on our way up to get some tips from the fly shop there called troutfitters. the flies he gave us worked. here are some of the pics. it was both of our first time catching a fish on a fly rod, and my first fly rod fish just so happend to be my very first ever german brown!
