be ready bret!water temps are goin up! what was the temp on the lakes? i bet by this weekend a few spots will be warming for the prespawn(50-55* you need to be there and take me,lol)! check those bays and then pull out to the deepest hole's close by! they gotta be staging soon, if you quit for 2 weeks you could miss some easy,but nonstop work fishin...
i only hit 2 bass on the lower tuolmee and 1 bass on the merced the last 2 outing....it suck'd and made for a long day...i no i had so many misses on suspending lures, i would throw in to a nice target, tap the lure and let it rest, and then watch the lure do summersaults, like a bass rushed the lure and turned around , making enuff water movement to make my lure dance, but i never seen a fish? maybe if i kept reeling ? who knows... but it's tuff right now for me too!!!
