We just got back from a trip to the Toulomne and we cleaned up on the bass and catfish. Used worms and liver and couldn't keep a hook in the water.

the only time i catch there is when i go all the way up stream and threw the first set  of shallows where half the boats cant go, then i start hitting bass more? of course it looks bassy all over the park area but i just cant hook up on lures there?
