I just got home from Big 5 Sporting Goods and every package of AA Swimbaits they had (the one's with the painted jigheads in the same bag as the plastic swimbaits) were a mess.  The paint was coming off of the jigheads as the plastic was causing the problems, so... if you have any of these packages, I'd highly recommend you take the jigheads out of the package pronto.
