    Looks like there is going to be no salmon season for you guys again this year. What are your thoughts and feelings on this? My wife got into to a heated debate the other night about it.

    I still remember the year I was going to hit salmon hard, the kill off happened up north with not enought water flow and hot temps.

    I don't know what I am going to do?? I have been spoiled being stationed up here in Washington. I am heading back to Lemoore in 6 months. I enjoy fishing for salmon and steelhead. I dont know what I am going to do knowing that they are not around...

    Yeah, the whole CA salmon situation sucks. I would have to agree with the cancelation of the season though it is only a minor, minor part of the problem. Something has to be done. You can still get some decent steelhead fishing in though when you come back.
