    thats the areas i usually fish it, and up on the hill by the grapevine, few spots here and there, anyone else fish those areas?

    No, however I fish the ones here by the Naval base in Lemoore. Cats and stripers are bitting good.

    Good luck. If there is any current, use anchovie. Cut behind the gill plate, at a 45 degree angle, then rotate the knife 45. Look up cut plugs for salmon... Basically doing the same thing, just in a 2 inch piece. Use a #2 hook and atleast a #3 pyrimid wieght...

    i alwaysssss use chovies out there and very rarely catch anything rigged every way possible, more hits off of liver or if all else fails throw some corn on the hook and go after some of those gigantic aquaduct carp

    If you're having trouble keeping liver on your hook try using spawn sack material to make net balls of liver it's much harder for the cats to suck the liver off the hook give it a try ! this works very well for me up here in the Yuba-Sutter area TIGHT LINES TO YA !!!!
