Josh, Let me know how you do out there. My family is taking a break this week-end from settling my father-in-law's estate. We're going camping up to Shadow Mountain Reservoir. I'm looking forward to actually catching some trout and maybe kokanee. How's your elbow doing? Jason

Hey Josh,

We just got back from Shadow Mtn. It was a little slower than normal, but we actually got a little snow Saturday. I ended up catching 5 suckers, 2 browns, 2 kokanee and 5 rainbows. Of course I didn't keep the suckers. What surprised me, was that I caught both of my kokanees on rainbow colored powerbait. My camera is packed away. As soon as I dig it out, I'll send picktures of the fish I caught. How did Chatfield go? Jason

Jason, Glad to hear that Shadow Mtn worked out well. Chatfield was on fire. the bass are bedding so its like fish in a bucket. i caught about 20 smallies and a few monster largemouth. i also had a few carp break my line. heres a few of the pictures from our trip. Josh

Josh, Good job! I wish I would have gotten into more kokanee. I'm trying to upload some photos but this site is telling me the file size is too large even though I'm nowhere near the size limit. As soon as I get this site to cooperate, I'll send some photos.

Well Josh, I guess I'm out of luck on sending the photos for now. I resized my photos as far as they will go and the site still doesn't like it. Oh Well..
