Hey Y'all,

     How is everybody ?

Just thought I would stop by and say hello.  HELLO !

I traded my Centuary CC for an 08 20' toon , It is a fisher ( by tracker ) , with a 60 Merc big foot  4strk on it, three fishing chairs, live well , rod locker, rod holders,  a sink to wash ya paws in, a bait cutting table , stereo, ship-ta-shore radio,  rip tide remote control 70 thrust 24volt trolling motor, humminbird front and rear , and me. The motor is so quite you have to put your hand on it to know it is running.

This thing is sweet, I just have to get used to piloting my den around on the water. I was thinking maybe  a small tv, ( aqua view ).

Well alright then, y'all holler back at me , later.

Preston (truklodyte)

Here in the Florida panhandle Panama city along the ICW. My project boat is nearing completion .Have mercury 115 on it have a site that shows all my reconstruction on my project. Oh yes it now has an actual make and model on it. It is an 18ft centerconsoled 1990 Gulf Master  produced in the mid west buy Master.

I tried her out for the first time last month just a shake down .Man she screws right along about 60 mph .This is how I know she was doing 60 I went a mile in 60 seconds.

That was with the incorrect propeller on it  a 13 X19 pitch. I need to pick up a 14 1/2 X 20 or 21 pitch and when that happens I think I will lose my hat.But if any of you remember me I will post the link of a group I started up here in the panhandle because there is no other NAFC members up here.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Flori...ingboating

You can enter photos area and click on my project boat and see all the effort I put into it.I think a restored boat may be better than a new one. Esspecially when my neighbor is a boat builder and I did what he suggested. So please take a look! until next time

Is that a trout in your picture I've always wanted to catch one of those. I really want to learn how to fly fish for them.

Hey Y'all,

    Good morning to everybody.

I've had some minor warranty issues with the new boat motor.   Doesn't anybody build anything of quality anymore ?  Anyways, not going to let it sour my enjoyment of the new ride.  I'm about finished with the rigging on it and it promises to be a lot of fun, well for me anyways.  This motor is the quietest thing I've ever run, unbelieveablely quiet.  I will post pics soon as I'm done with all the rigging.  Oh and getting used to piloting this thing is comparable to driving  a  VW bug and then  driving a Greyhound bus, nothing that a little practice won't sharpen..  Oh well nuf bout the barge. Hope y'all have a blessed day.

Things are getting better here.  Had some rain yesterday evening and Pam and I along with a couple friends got in some fishing earlier in the day caught a nice 20 inch seatrout a flounder and as usual may of the trash spieces.  Hope all is well up your way.  We will be heading to New York (Potsdam) and Rhode Island later this month once Pam is done with her dental appts. take care, Paul

Morning all.  Yeh I'll try to get in some fishing in RI but I imagine that my sister will have already made plans for Pam and I and that usually does not include fishing.  But I have a great-nephew that loves to striper fish and we did get some in during my last visit in 2005. Have a great day.  Paul
