Man, am I getting excited about meeting in Macon at BPS to begin a Georgia fellowship of NAFC members.  Near Macon is Rum Creek Refuge and Lake Juliette which might be a good spot for camping and a Fishing Tournament if anyone is interested.  Catch all of you later!  Uncle Tom
I built my own lure company as a young man--thus the name UncleTomsJigs. It grew so well I decided to give it up and go fishing with family, friends and especially grand children. I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country.

I live in Canton. Ga. I fish the real beast of Georgia the Allatoona. I fish her year round and she doesn't get any better no matter when you fish. You can be on the fish one day and miss them the rest of the month.
You want to be happy for a hour? Take a nap. you want to be happy all day? Go fishing!

Uncle Tom here!  Where:  Midway Georgia!  Did you say Midway Georgia or Waycross Georgia.  Doesn't matter?  Deer season is coming which means most folks will be up in the trees instead of down on the lake.  After catching the limit of crappie slabs this morning I began to understand why my Dad (84) gave up climbing trees for trolling along and filling the cooler.  The next nine months will be the best fishing you have ever known.  Man I am excited!  Uncle Tom

Richmond Hill, GA here. Not to far from Ft. Stewart, HAAF, or Midway. Hey Uncle Tom, you fish Lake Gale (sp?) much? I've been wanting to give it a try, hear there's some big ones in there, but it's a private lake, and I don't know anyone in Midway!

Bob Stilson here. NAFC life member.  Seasoned citizen of 72 yrs.  Getting difficult to fish in my Tracker alone.  Like to have a partner so we can tell big lies during those times when the fish aint co-operating.. I fish for all species but just eat  walleye and brim. The  rest all go back. Artificials 99.9 % of the time but crickets when the brim go to the beds.   Looking for someone in No. Ga.  to fish lakes Chatuge, Nottley, Blue Ridge and Carters.  Will fish others but dont know my way around Lanier or Altoona, although I have fish those for crappie years ago. Would like a non smoker, retired  person. I will fish the back seat if you want to take your boat and will share the trolling motor with you if you want to go with me. Can contact me at  r_stilson@yahoo.com or 706-374-2830 and leave message. I live in the Blue Ridge area.
