In order to balance the budget, Illinois Governor Rod Blagoyevich decided to cut Illinois DNR funding. This will result in the closing of several Illinois state parks and cuts in the Illinois DNR's fish stocking and creel programs. So if you are angry at with this, go to the state of Illinois' web site and tell Blagoyevich what you think.
