Has anyone fished it since its been refilled? I haven't been there in 4 years. I went down there a few weeks ago, and they have it done up real nice. New wooden fishing peirs at the launch and new benches at the headquarters for fishing from. I talked to the conservation officer on staff there and he said that it has been full since last august and they resticked it in november. Its been about 14 months since tis been restocked. They recovered 22000 fish befor they drained it and put them in a temporary holding pond. These fish were then transproted back to the main lake after it was refilled. The rampant carp population has been taken care of, adn only game fish were reintorduced. (crappie, bass, bluegill, and channel cats.) Anyway, I cant wait to try and fish it this spring/summer.

There is also some new limits for the first couple of years: Panfish 25 and bass have a limit of 2 over 18inchs

Also, they now only have 20 boats for rental, instead of the previous 200. Mistreatment fo public boats lead to the disposal of alot, and the spate will not fund replacements.
