I went out this morning to the Twin Branch dam from about 3am to 5am. I landed 1 steelhead (5lb) on a 1/8oz black feather jig. Also landed 1 king (12lb) on an orange #104 Oslo spinner. Both strikes were very near the dam, between the 3rd and 4th turbines. I also saw many fish porpising. Now is the time to make the trip. Tight Lines!
