It sure has been quiet here lately, so I thought I'd post something just for fun and to check something out. Are there any HAMS out there in the Wichita/Sedgwick county area who also fish? I'm KC0WRA on 146.940 repeater, check
in on the Tech-Ni-Chat net at 6:45 sun evenings and say hi. I caught 4 bass at the Boeing lake yesterday morning 1 on a spinner bait and 3 on an inline crawler spin rig some fun. GOOD FISHING GL

    Stump Jumper,
I Don't what's going on either. There were a lot of posts about it in the summer, but no-one is talking about it now. There doesn't seem to be anyone in the Wichita area at all.
I went to Cheney last week, and caught a bunch of those tiny white perch. You can't put them back, you can't even have live ones on a stringer. I guess they're in Kingman state lake now, too. I also caught a decent bass on a yellow and olive wolly worm. First bass on a fly. GOOD FISHING GL
